Join our program
- Through partnerships with schools and other organizations
- girls and moms - aunts
- 10 sessions – once a month on Saturdays during the school year

- Wellness: time and stress management – increasing resilience – mindful living
- Coping Tools: meditation techniques
- Networking Skills: resume writing – interview skills
